Initially the bank will analyse a client’s financial situation for which they will need the last three months of loan statements or in income statements of the last three months plus the most recent income tax return.

The life of the mortage loan can not exceed 40 years. Clients which are older in age at the time of application may only be offered shorter durations of loans, naturally.
